She emailed me asking if she could change our appointment time because she rescheduled somebody else during my appointment time. We rescheduled to 11:30 and she didn't show up nor did she call.
Description of Work: Last Wednesday we had an 11 o'clock appointment for a consultation. I had already sent her all of my Web files. I had received my logo design back. I wanted her to re-design my Web site.

Honey House Web Designs works very hard to maintain satisfied clients. There was no meeting scheduled on 9/18/07 with this potential client. She called on 9/14/07 asking about our services, but she appeared to be only information gathering. This client did not yet have her artwork design completed from the printers and was "lining up her resources" to begin her project when the artwork was ready. Honey House Web Designs works only on signed contracted basis and no contract was ever initiated for or signed by her. There is no email correspondence as stated. No web files were received. After several weeks passed with no word from her, we contacted the printer who also had not heard from her either, nor had she paid her bill to receive her artwork. We did not email her to reschedule as we did not have her email information but waited, and never heard back from her. It is We are disappointed that someone would rate our company as such without even granting us the opportunity to meet and discuss a project or remedy any issues. Should she reconsider, we would be happy to meet with her, have a contract signed and provide the consulting services she needs.
