+ -1 moreIt went very well. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem promptly, and got the parts ordered. Once the parts came in, they came promptly to do the repair. The technicians were experienced and professional. Their office manager is very pleasant and helpful.
Description of Work: Our Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling. Also, one of the doors was not sealing closed because of a broken part.
