We just moved to Aiken, SC and hired Nick to paint some interior walls for us. He went through all the steps with us and gave us a price quote up front. He is very professional and we are more than happy with his work. We would recommend him to everyone

I am so impressed with Nick! He is the most professional vendor/contractor I have ever worked with. He paid an incredible amount of detail to preparing the wood on my deck prior to staining- he also replaced some boards. He provided me with the highest quality of work and I highly recommend his services.

Nick patched and painted ceiling cracks/holes, repaired and stained/sealed wooden garage doors, painted a large built-in bookcase, and did a lot of interior painting for my family. Now I wonâ t use anyone else!! He is very skilled and very thorough with much attention to detail (coming from a very detail oriented me), communicates wonderfully, and is just a really nice, honest, hard worker who genuinely cares about people! Honestly, Iâ m going to miss having him around!

Nick did a fantastic job of painting our living room, kitchen, dining room and foyer. The 14 ft ceiling had had a soffit removed. The previous painter did not feather it out enough so it wouldn't show. Nick took the time to ensure that the ceiling was seamless and you would never know there was a soffit there. He's very customer oriented and takes his time to do it the right way. He cleaned up when he finished the job. He was punctual, very professional, and respectful of my property. He is a man of good character. I highly recommend him.

I hired GPR to repair the drywall in two large rooms after I severely damaged them while removing wallpaper. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of painting, drywall, carpentry, or refinishing work. Nick's communication was prompt and professional, his pricing was transparent and fair, and he even took a few moments to educate me on different options as well as how to avoid the damage in the future. It is clear that Nick is passionate about his work and his customers. He arrived early to set up and stayed late to clean up each day. The walls looked brand new after he was done and he made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I will hire GPR again for my next project.

Nick is awesome. He was there when he said he would be, he charged and fair price, and best of all, he did a great job. You cannot tell a hole was in the ceiling like you usually can after a ceiling repair. Also, Nick is a nice person. That means so much these days!

Nick did a beautiful job repainting my Very Red Dining Room. He took the time and extra steps to make sure the red would not bleed through as I choose a very pale new color. He did everything as promised and left everything immaculate.

Excellent workmanship on our bathroom wall fix, the refinishing of our cherry table and chairs and mirror. The finished work has added beauty to our home. Nick was very communicative and responsive throughout the project which was completed in a timely manner.

Nick did 2 jobs for us. First: insulation, drywall and painting of our garage. There is a high, multi angled ceiling that we wanted kept that way (the first bidders wouldnâ t do itâ they would only do a drop ceiling),2 large storage closets we wanted to keep (first bidders said they would be too hard to work in and around), and some demo and removal of old cabinets and open beam overhead storage, all of which they said we would need to remove and dispose of. And painting wasnâ t included. Nick looked around, and said he could do everything exactly as we wanted, and proceeded to do so. He did all the demo and removal, did a great job with that challenging vaulted, asymmetrical ceiling, kept the closets and just insulated and drywalled them from inside, taped, mudded, and painted. We felt that we got excellent value for the price. We added a couple of extra requests as the job progressed, and he accommodated them at reasonable costs. Second: indoor painting. The whole house has 6â baseboards. The last painters used latex over the existing oil based paint, and everything was pealing. There were also big spaces between the perimeter of the hardwood floors and the baseboards. Nick sanded, sealed and repainted to match the test of the white trim, and stained snd installed quarter rounds to cover the spaces. Everything looks great. On a personal note, Nick was conscientious not only about doing the work right, but also about communication and punctuality. So, obviously, we highly recommend him.

Deck was power washed, repaired and stained. Handrails were built and added at stairs -an exact match to original 20 plus year deck railing. Awesome job! Highly recommend Nick Gallagher. Will hire him again in the future
