house cleaning
+ -1 moreed to call me but Crystal refused and said she would call. The guard said she saw her drive away. Crystal lied to me and then had the gall to raise her voice to me that it was my fault and not hers. On a previous occasion she had knocked a painting off the wall while cleaning. The fall chipped the frame. She did not offer to pay for the repair. Crystal is not professional.
Description of Work: The provider did not show up and did not call to explain. When I called 45 minutes later she said she had gone to the gate of my neighborhood and left when I had not called in a pass for her. She then said she had gone to her next client and had filled the rest of her day and could not come on that day. She said she did not have my phone number even though she had cleaned my home and my son's home many times over the past nine months. She said the guard at the Woodside gate did not offer to call me. I spoke to the guard and she said that she had offer
