It went great.

Great. There timing may not be the greatest but I have worked with the public before and understand timing and scheduling oroblems. It was worth the wait to get someone that did a great job and took pride in their work.

I was sitting at home one day waiting on another company to measure my roof and give me an estimate. The door bell rang and they was right on time. Nope it was this company showing up unannounced, said they was in the neighborhood and wanted to see if it was ok to measure, I explained I had someone coming and I wouldn't have time, he said no problem because he doesn't sit down with me anyway. they email and mail the estimate. I said go ahead and he finished to about 5 minutes and was gone, no climbing on the roof or anything. I am sure that is ok but if I am going to spend 10k or better on something, I want a sit down for that and I am sure I am not alone on that. The C instead of an F is, he did mail and email me promptly. If he would just had done business like most people and at least called me back and set a schedule, I probably would have given him the work. The estimate was a little high but not crazy and they are family business and that is the kind I love supporting.

This roof is approximately 3 years old and has leaked numerous times. The installation was odd, unsealed around some fake dormers on the house. I purchased the house in January 2013 and as of today 12/2013 the roof is leaking again.

He and his crew were excellent! We could not ask for a better crew. Rhett came in gave us a more than fair estimate and his crew worked hard to get it completed in two days! We then had several other projects that needed done in our home (we were in CA for 19 years!) and he referred us to other people whose work was above par!

Everett Johnson Roofing Co did a good job. They came, they did the job when they said they were going to do it. They gave me options on certain things, in other words they didn't try and railroad me in anything. The son knew one of my kids so it was almost like a family affair, and they treated me nice. Their pricing was reasonable. I do know the company has changed some because the father died, so I don't know if the sons are running the same business.

Very helpful. Listen to what I thought I needed. Did the roof in one day. Returned two days later to determine if any problems or concerns [with the work team and/or the new roof]. Work team was excellent. Kept the area very clean. Returned in 1 month when I saw an area that I had a concern with.

Mr. Johnson came and gave us an estimate to replace our roof which had been damaged by hail. Another roofer, also had given us an estimate earlier. Mr. Johnson's bid was the lowest and he was suggested by our insurance company. They did not insist that we use him, however. He came when he said he would. I asked my friend who is a decorator to suggest a color and style for the roof. He was able to comply with my wishes. I was a little concerned after the job was complete about one section of the roof that did not seem to be lying as flat as the others. He told me that it would be ok once the weather warmed up a little, but if it did not he would take care of it. In about a month you could not tell where that spot was. I am happy to say he did check back. Therefore, I would highly recommend Mr. Johnson as he was very pleasant and nice to work with.

They were great to work with. I was very pleased with every aspect of the company. They were very punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The roofing crew was great as well.

Mr. Rhett Johnson gave us an estimate to replace our roof due to hail damage and subsequent leaking in a couple of spots.His estimate was one of the most reasonable that we had and he was very straightforward on the cost. We set up a date for the supplies to be delivered and for the work to begin. Mr. Johnson and his office manager did a great job communicating any relevent information to us, such as minor delays. The supplies were delivered as scheduled and the work was completed as scheduled, in one day. We are very pleased with the appearance and quality of their work. Upon removing our shingles more damaged plywood was found than had been previously thought may need replacing. Mr. Johnson showed us the areas of the roof that needed to be replaced and gave us an accurate estimate of the increase. Mr. Johnson and his crew worked to minimize the amount of wood to be replaced while not sacrificing the quality of their work. The roof was completed and they did a great job with the clean up and hauling away of the old shingles. We were very pleased with the quality of the work performed and Mr. Johnson and his crew were great to work with. We would definately use them again and highly recommend them.
