+ -1 moreThe machine now works just as good as it did when brand new! I am thrilled!!! The Kirby was quite pricey when we bought it, but it has turned out to be a quality machine that is very economical--it has lasted 35 years virtually trouble-free. To have a quality machine is one thing, but you also need a quality repairman when they do need fixing. Dunagan's has done a quality job. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again if I needed them, and would recommend their services.
Description of Work: The Dunagan's Sewing & Vacuum Center that I used is on 3007 Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta, GA 30906. I have a 35 year old trusty, reliable Kirby Heritage vacuum cleaner that needed repairing. I contacted the Kirby manufacturing company to get a factory-authorized recommendation for a quality repairman, and was ultimately referred to Dunagan's. They examined the machine, assessed the problem, ordered the part, installed it, and thoroughly cleaned the whole machine.
