Punctual, professional and responsive. The guy who showed up was very personal and responsive. We did some troubleshooting and and determined the supply line (house side) pressure control valve was bad. He did not have one with him but left and quickly returned with the correct parts and installed them. He did say if I had any problems he would come back and fix the problem at no charge. I would highly recommend this company to others in the Aiken and surrounding area.

The guy was punctual and polite. Quality of work was great and price was reasonable. I will give my future business to this company.

Job went well. Mr Cooper's son ran the call along with a helper. He had to remove commode so he could access area in wall where pipe was located. He cut out a section of drywall, repaired pipe, and installed an access panel so the pipe feeding outside faucet could be accessed if need be in the future. Quality of work was very good.

I watched and was impressed by soldering skill.

On 12/30/12, we experienced a drain backup in our house. I called Cooper's, left a message, and they returned my call the following morning (they were out of town the previous day). They came out within 2 hours of returning my call. As we have a septic system, I uncovered the tank inspection cover prior to their arrival. They then removed the cover, identified the location of the clog in the tank inlet pipe, cleaned out the clog and replaced the cover. At my request, they then checked and replaced the wax ring in a toilet where water had leaked on to the floor during the backup. They were very professional, knowledgable, and efficient in identifying and correcting the problem. When examining the inside of the septic tank, they strongly recommended that it be pumped out (not a service they provide).

Installation performed well and on time...very pleased.

I could not have been more pleased. Stacey Cooper and his son arrived on time. Both were neatly dressed and extremely well-mannered. Stacey determined that the last plumber installed a part wrong in the tank and it only took a matter of seconds to correct the error. He also checked the openings around the inside rim of the commode's bowl and unclogged any dirt that had built up. I was so pleased with his service and will certainly use Cooper Plumbing in the future.
