+ -1 moreSince they failed to respond to my e-mail, and did not call me back after I called their office and described the problem to a less than knowledgeable individual, who promised to have "someone" call me back--- there is no story to tell.
Description of Work: I both called and e-mailed this company with a description of my computer problem, and a request that someone contact me about a solution. They neither had the professionalism nor the courtesy to respond. With an attitude like that, I don't know how they stay in business!

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt and easy to work with. They can pretty much fix anything you need to have done. They were reasonable on price and very accessible.
Description of Work: I had them out because of difficulty with EMR work.
