+ -1 moreHonestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone, except one person, that I spoke with was rude. On the day that the technician was supposed to come out, after waiting for an hour and a half, I get a phone call on my cell that they had called my home phone and couldn't reach me (I was sitting at home this whole time) and they had already started home for the day. They said the guess they would turn around to do the work.
