Description of Work: Do not use this company. I repeat do not use this company. I had Chuck from the carpet shop out to my house to measure and estimate costs. I chose a carpet based on the information. It was installed 2 days later. No problem with the installation. I have 2 dogs. I cleaned my rug using an extractor 3 mo later. I was having some out of town company. 2 days after cleaning the carpet it smelled horrible. Called the carpet shop and Chuck came to my house and said that my dogs had urinated on the carpet. Not true. He said he had a black light to check the carpet but it was broken. Said I had to have it professionally cleaned for the warranty. I did and the smell was worse. 3 weeks later they sent another person from the company out to my house and said the smell was not urine but dog smell. I was then told that the carpet did not have a warranty against odors. Again no black light. Again it was broken. After approx 5 calls to the carpet shop I finally had an independant inspector out. He said my rug was dirty and I should clean it. Of course it was dirty. It had been almost 2 months since I had the 1st person out. I did indeed use an extactor again and cleaned the carpet and again the very sour smell permeated the room. I will have to pull up the carpet and have it replaced so 1400 dollars and 150 dollars for the carpet cleaning by the professional they recommended. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
