It could have gone a little better. I was reading in Consumer’s Report about providers and Alltel came out near the bottom for service. I agree, they are not the greatest, particularly when there is an internet problem. It takes a while to talk to a human being. That can be very frustrating. I only told my story about six times. It’s not like I have a lot of choices. Both companies in the area are kind of touch-and-go. It’s a price thing but it’s also a service thing. Eventually it gets solved but if I have to sit here until midnight or 1:00 in the morning, it’s frustrating. The price isn’t terrific but where we live, it’s probably the best we can do. The responsiveness has not been super terrific. They haven’t had to come out so it’s hard to put a grade on punctuality. I’ll give them a B and it works most of the time. Except when it rains – then the tv doesn’t work. I finally put an inside antenna on my television so when the rains come I can at least watch six channels. I have had worse experiences.
