the technician came out to repair leaks in my pool equipment. I was out of town. there was a bill in my mailbox for the repair so as I like to pay my bills quickly I sent them a check. however when I had time I went round to check all was ok I saw the leak was worse than it had been before they came out. I have a grounds man / handyman that works for me full time. I asked him about the leak and he said after the technician left he went round to check it and he saw it was still leaking. however as I was out of town at the time and he did not know what company I had used he did not know who to call. I called the company on Wednesday august 20th but their phone was out of order all day. I called again on Thursday 21st to be told that they would call the technician to come back and look at it and he would call me. he did not call me that day.so being a patient person and knowing it was a busy time for pool people I waited until Monday 25th august. I got their bookkeeper who told me someone would call me back. I waited all day for a call that never came. I called again and got a voice mail, so I left word on the voicemail that I was told someone would call me back, but no return call. I decided after 4 phone calls I was not going to waste my time anymore and got another company to fix it. I was actually very surprised at this company as I have been doing business for years with them and had never any problems and I always paid my bills quickly so they would not have to wait 30 days for my money

Work was good, neat, and on-time.

It went very well. We had gone in to see if they sold the endless pool exercise hot tub system but they said they could build an inground gunite hot tub exercise pool for about the same price. They did it exactly what they said they would do and for a lot less than another quote I had gotten. The pool is finished very nicely and the heated sytem and jets work great, it is under the deck where we can use it year round and we love it.

They worked together wonderfully with the landscapers and coordinated their individual efforts great. They both worked very well together. They will be coming tomorrow to build the fence.

they never showed up. Pool construction went well and the pool is beautiful however their responsiveness after the sale has been lackluster.. Actually made a service call for electrical service concerns and they never showed up. Very nice guys ...

The work was adequate, but some parts were acceptable and some weren't. In some portions of the project Iexpected a little more. I will not hire them again in the future.

1.They promised set up within 2 days. It took 4 days to hook up electricity. When I called after 3 days, I was told that I got the spa too cheap and the salesperson was in trouble. I asked if that was why I could not get the electricity hooked up, and they finally came the next day. 2. I asked how much extra cost would it be to also install a 110 volt outlet by the spa, and was told they would do it for no extra charge. They did not hook it up when they hooked up the 220 outlet for the spa. After 2 visits and several phone calls to the dealer, all I was ever told was "we'll get to it". I finally did it myself after 6 weeks. 3. We were told by the salesperson that the stereo speakers were Bose brand. I found out from the Sundance Company that this was not true. 4. We were told by the salesperson that the spa had a Sundance CD Ozone system already installed in the spa. The ozone icon never came on the control pad, so I called another dealer to purchase one. When he came to install it, he said there was one already in it, but it was a cheap imitation-not the Sundance brand. We really like the Sundance spa, but this dealer does not care about customer service!

They completed the installation within the time they said they would and for the price they said they would. It's a really well built pool. I was really surprised when they began digging in the yard one morning - I knew they were due within the week, but wasn't sure which day. No knock on the door or phone call to let me know which day. They just started. I was disappointed that they chose to break our TV cable that was buried. I watched as the backhoe operator pulled it out of the ground, paused (at this point is could have easily have been moved to the side) and then went ahead and broke it anyway. We had told the pool foreman that the cable company was due to come out in a couple of days to move it. I was also disappointed when they broke a septic line and left it draining into the yard over the weekend. It was July and really stank.
