See my prior submission a week ago where they did the crawl space of my home. Again, they draped and covered every square inch of my barn, including putting plastic down over my horse's bedding as well as the aisle way floor and overhead garage doors and the tack room floor (they used the tack room for ingress/egress since the overhead doors where covered). They finished around 6:30 p.m. All of the paper and plastic was rolled up. The floor was swept and vacuumed as well as the stall railings. The spraying between the rafters was perfect. I cannot say enough about the quality job these folks do. I have quite a few lights in my barn. I did find one bulb which was burned out and actually it was broken away from the base, no doubt had gotten bumped with a hose. It did not take to long to remove the base part and install a new bulb.

the house was built in1979 and the original ground piles from the excavation were still there. The job entailed leveling the ground piles, pulling out all of the old fiberglass insulation between the joists and applying open cell spray foam insulation on the subfloor between the joists and laying down tuff scrim to create a moisture barrier on the leveled ground. The work area was only between 3 and 4 feet in height. They covered everything to protect against dirt and overspray in the adjoining garage area, including covering my truck. They ventilated the area with a large hose to the outside. After doing the spraying they cut the Tuff Scrim and pieced it together taping it and used wires to anchor it to the ground having to cut around all of the block pillars. They never left until after 7 pm. The next morning they came back in and finished installing the Tuff Scrim and used vacuums to clean up. When they were all finished it looked like they had never been here!! Mike Johnson, the owner had come and assessed the job and answered all of my questions and his wife also helps in their business and answered questions for me as well. had no problem reaching them at any time. And they will now be doing the spray insulation of the roof of my horse barn in the next week. mike explained how the walls and everything would be draped and protected. I feel very confident they will do a good job. I would highly recommend them.

Mike (the owner) was great to work with. I couldn't recommend him more highly. He and his team installed foam in our attic, navigating quite a few tight spaces. We decided to stay in a hotel during the installation process, and Mike updated me with photos during the entire install process. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and communicating about how the work would be done. I did a thorough inspection after they left, and they did a great job insulating the entire attic space (we have several bedrooms built into the attic, and so access spaces had to be cut to facilitate this). Since having this done, our HVAC system now has no problem maintaining low 70's upstairs, whereas last year our second floor was consistently 90F upstairs at 9pm and later during the summer - with the system running non-stop. Spray foam insulation will easily pay for itself in a few years, and is definitely worth the investment. Mike did a great job and I'd highly recommend him!

They arrived promptly the first day. The estimate was provided by a second party that contracts out the work. The scope of work was discussed between myself and second party. Once the work was agreed, the owner, Mike Johnson, came by to inspect the job, answer questions, and set up an install date. There was some confusion the first morning as the second party who initially estimated the job, failed to tell Mike that the removal was part of the process. After we talked, he called the second party, and went to get the machine to remove the insulation. While he was gone, the workers started removing the old insulation bats and sprayed the bonus room. This stuff was a 6 inch insulation and within a short time, you could tell that it was blocking the heat out of the house. When Mike arrived back they started the machine and started removing the insulation. What was initially a one day job turned into two. After the old insulation was removed, we were ready to spray the attic. The attic was sprayed with six inches of foam. The guys were methodical and did a good job with the work. They had some equipment issues that slowed them down. What should have been a 3-4 hour spray job turned out to take almost 8 hours. I don't blame the workers of the company for this. This company bent over backwards to get the job done, right. Would recommend them in the future. Would use them again if I built a new house.
