Description of Work: The tech checked the computer here. He did take the hard drive back to his office to check further. Everything went well. He brought the hard drive back the next day. It was working fine. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Just got my computer back after a virus cleaning, and discovered that my Norton Anti-Virus had been removed and some freeware installed in its place. This would have been a nice gesture if I didn't already have an up-to-date PAID FOR anti-virus subscription. Luckily, I have Norton on a laptop, so I could get at the necessary keys to have it reinstalled--otherwise I would have paid $60 to have a $40 piece of software removed. I took the computer back to them, gave them the keys and told them to fix it--I'll know in a couple of days whether they have. I have to wonder if these guys have good sense.
