We originally thought we were going to have to purchase a new tower with the new version of Windows, but when we brought the computer tower into the store, we were told all our tower would need was a tune-up & that we could purchase new version of windows ourselves right online. By explaining all this to us Joel saved us about $200, that's the least of it, after we had purchased & installed the" windows" ourselves we ran into several problems, we called & Joel had us bring the computer back to them & he spent the entire day fixing it for us, the real surprising thing is he did not charge us anymore money for all of his help. We're talking about a whole day a good 8 hours of checking out the computer , it goes to show there are still really good people in this world. I'm recommending this business to everyone. I can't say enough good things about our whole experience, Thanks just doesn't seem enough.
