I found this company on-line. Once I did my research they seemed to have the best product, at the best price, with an easy website to navigate. Once I decided to purchase the fireplace doors from Stoll, I worked with Acme Stove, Co. of Charlottesville (subject of a separate review) to get the doors ordered, delivered and installed. During the entire process, I worked with Gary Yoder of Stoll's exclusively via e-mail. Mr. Yoder was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and helpful. All of my questions/concerns which were communicated by me via e-mail, were responded to by Mr. Yoder within 24 hours and usually within the hour. I found Stoll's Fireplace, Inc.'s website easy to understand and navigate and anytime I ran into a problem, Mr. Yoder helped me out. Acme Stove, Co., and Stoll Firelplace, Inc. worked extremely well together. No one dropped the ball.
