Aqua Science

My husband and I had a very awful experience with this company. We hired them to drill a well on a property that we were planning to build our home. We paid in full only to find out that they had drilled the well on someone the another property. When we called to find out why this had happened and what we could do to resolve this issue they were extremely rude about it and told us that even if we paid in full to have another well drilled then we would have to wait until next year. I want to make it clear that neither myself or my husband who paid $3,125.00 to this company for these services ever told them to put the well where it had been drilled. After this experience I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have have similar services done.

We are extremely disappointed with this company as they have just told us that they will not service our system any more. There is no contract and no one owes anyone any money.  I offer the following cautionary tale should anyone be interested in purchasing an RO (reverse osmosis) system from them. The previous homeowner had Aqua Science install a complex whole house RO system, requiring regular maintenance and monitoring. Since we bought our house 2 years, we have paid Aqua Science thousands of dollars on servicing/replacing tanks etc. Last year we experienced a deterioration in our water quality, so sought assistance from Aqua Science. They installed a device (at our expense) to assist in preventing sodium accumulation in the membranes (which were clogging). lt did not work. So they told us to dig a new well.  When we tried to get information from them on the system their attitude and response was often condescending and unhelpful. We understand there are limitations to all water systems, particularly if water quality deteriorates. Now our water has improved, they are refusing to help us get our system up and running and changing over the new membranes that we bought. If you have any other alternative resources for your water purification needs my advice would be to look elsewhere, unless you intend on doing all your own servicing.
