if you hire them, make sure you check the work. they cancelled 2 of the first 3 appointments because of car trouble. They did a good job removing the mold in my attic. when it came to replacing the insulation, they failed miserably. first, they didn't buy enough so they pulled the insulation batts apart thickness-wise and spread that out. so the insulation was less than half of what they were supposed to do and half didn't have the paper vapor barrier. when i called them on it they added more insulation on top but still wasn't enough and still didn't have paper. tried a third time. independent inspector said it was passable but definitely not professional. then I had RISE engineering take a look.they said it was the worst insulation job they've ever seen. had to pay another company to correct their lousy job and bring it up to code.

I highly recommend this company. I had reached out worried I had mold and my family was in danger. Nate came out to my home immediately the following day. He was on time,friendly, courteous and thorough. I was happy to find out my family and I was safe and there was no danger of mold at the moment. I truly appreciated his honesty and for that he has definitely gained my trust as a customer.

The rep that came out to review the work and provide us with a quote was professional and very knowledgeable. He was very timely with the quote. Easy to schedule the work once we decided to hire and the workers that came out to remove the mold were very friendly and gave us the complete run down of what they will be doing the expected time to finish. They answered all our questions and believe it or not, seemed to really enjoy their job and take pride in it. I would highly recommend. As an fyi, we did get quotes from other companies but Restoration was the most professional in the quoting process.

Prompt response, prompt evaluation and estimate, prompt work. They removed the mold stains from our sunroom completely, and didn't damage the paint. They did, unavoidably, bleach wooden beams to some extent. I think the price was on the high side, but a previous estimate from another company was quadruple this one!

As flawless and effortless as a project as possible. Communication was top notch I own a 5 star rated hvac company locally and I literally can't think of one area they were lacking in. This company seriously has their stiff together WILL BE REFERING ALL OF MY MOLD BASED CUSTOMER INQUIRIES TO THEM FROM NOW ON. As a professional it's alerts great to have another top notch company you can refer your customers too and just know they are in great hands

Terrific job by Restoration 1! Our basement is cured of mold and bad musty smell! Customer service also excellent! All work done within a tight schedule of a few days as we needed to move into this newly purchased home!

The tech who came out for test for moisture, Jared, was one of the best. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided us with a lot of options. The company was very easy to communicate through e-mail and the entire project was quick. I reached out on Monday, they came by on a Thursday to test and came back the next Thursday and Friday to perform the remediation. Top notch!

Restoration 1 rebuilt my bathroom after flooding destroyed it. They did an amazing job and even built me a custom bench with a beautiful inlaid wood top to replace the one that was destroyed. New Sheetrock. Painting and trim. Vinyl floating floor. Great job, guys! Thank you!!!
