I liked the fact that it just took one day. All I had to do was be there. I would use them again in the future, especially if I had a lot of money on me.

The quote was a little bit higher, so I didn't go with them. The guy was very knowledgeable and very good. He came right away. He was here when he said he would be.

The work was done fairly well. They give you a scheduling window, which they didn't keep and kept rescheduling. Once they arrived, they were prompt and got the job done. I advised them where I wanted the electrical lines that came out of the gutters for the heating element, and they didn't place them where I wanted them. They had to come back and fix them, and had to fix the down spouts twice.

I contacted Moonworks when I was looking for gutters to be installed on the home we just purchased. Moonworks were the first to respond and they got my business. Two salesman, led by Mar, van Valkenburg came to my home and gave me an estimate on the work. They took the time, as well, to go over my options in terms of colors, and so on. Two weeks later, the installation crew came and installed the gutters in a little over an hour! It was interesting to see the sheet metal extruded from the machine as finished, seamless gutters. They went up effortlessly on the house and just in time. A few days later it poured rain all day and the gutters did a great job of stopping the water from falling directly off the roof an next to my foundation. As of the writing of my review, my wife and I are pleased with the work and hopefully everything will be just fine for many, many years.

They arrived early. Large group of men. Everyone knew what to do. They all worked well together. Covered shrubs and placed tarps around house. Dumpster arrived. They quickly removed the old roof, made repairs to one part of the roof. Put on ice dam sheild, put on new shingles, ridgevent, releaded the chimney. Cleaned everything up. They were finished by 3PM. Amazing how quick and excellent a job they did. Roof looks beautiful. Dumpster was picked up the next day. Day 2 Gutter Helmet and heated gutter helmet was installed. Gutters were first cleaned. Then the Gutter Helmet was installed. Looks great. Gutters are amazing. Electrician came and hooked everything up a few days later. We love everything about this project. Very little snow this winter. We will have to see how it goes next year.

Excellent company, will be using them for siding in a year or so. Showed up on time every day, got the job done quickly and efficiently and when they left you never knew they were there. Jobsite was visited by salesman, project supervisor, etc. during the job. One item was slightly damaged during installation - they notified me, ordered a new part, called me a week later to schedule install and showed up at the appointed time. All fixed, no problem. I believe that this type of job is very reliant upon the installer. You could have the best windows made, but if someone botches the install you're still in trouble. I'm pretty sure Andersen requires that their installers meet certain standards and are certified and it shows in the quality of the finished product. I've received several phonecalls since from them to check on my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anybody and will be using them again for other projects on the house.

Came when they said they would.They were competent and professional and were very careful of the plates and garden.

It went well. Salesperson was great. Gutter cleaners were a surprise and very good at what they did. Product appears to be installed well. It has been a very good experience.

I contacted Moon Works for my 90 year ole father-in-law for information and price regarding new gutters. I was part of the process from start to finish. Very professional salesman, and installer. Addressed all our questions, even when I asked for proof of insurance and asked about their employees. Everything that was promised was done.

He was just overbooked. I wanted to compliment him for being timely in getting back to me and responding the second time as he couldn’t help me with any recommendations. He said he couldn’t do anything for me but he got right back to me. I didn’t wait for him a week to tell me that he couldn’t do it. Then I emailed back to him and asked him if he could recommend anybody. He said that all he knew were also overbooked.

Their price was high, but I thought that it was probably worth it. They were very professional. They did what they said they were going to do. We were satisfied with them. We had damage to our roof last winter which was the reason we had them out. The gutter helmets look fine now but we have to wait for the winter. They were here when they said they would be.

They had quoted about $5000 for all of the work and the price was good. They were very courteous and worked very quickly. They were very quick and the fellow who came out to do the estimate was very knowledgeable. He had all the information and specifications right in hand. The price he worked out for the job was a very good one. They had done an excellent job of installing the gutter helmet earlier when they were called just by the name of Gutter Helmet. I did not use them because one of my sons is a builder and he gave me an offer on the roof that I could not refuse. It wasn't because there was anything wrong with the company. I have referred them to a couple of others based on my past experience with Gutter Helmet. Their past response and quote on what I was looking for at that time were good and I have recommended them to a couple of neighbors.

I had set up an appointment with Moonworks. They guy had to reschedule a couple of times and he never turned up. I will not call them back. I found someone else to do the work for me.

Excellent Excellent Excellent. This outfit is superb in every category. The initial contact for us was with a company rep who is all about personality and selling you on the product and the company. Everything that he, Emil, described to us about the product and the company turned out to be spot on. Customer service responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. The work crew for our job were punctual, polite, professional in all ways.

Moonworks has been great, they were easy to work with and the gutters work. They were expensive.

They were more expensive than other estimates, so I will not go with them. They provided a free estimate. The overall process was all right.

Moonworks was very responsive to my initial inquiry. The job estimator was on-time, did a good job explaining the work and wiring plan, and left a copy of the wiring instructions for my electrician when I asked for one. When my electrician requested changes to their original plan for the wiring, they were responsive and wanted to make sure that they would do what the electrician requested. They were on-time and neat and even got rid of a few wasps nests for me.

We had a problem with another company. The people from Moonworks are excellent. They are outstanding. They did a perfect job. We are going to explore them doing some work for us in the future. They are hard working and very conscientious about follow up. They made sure that everything was done right. They cleaned up everything. We were extremely pleased with them.

We are very pleased with the service. We met them at the Suburban Home Show earlier in the year. We took the names of several companies but found the Moon Works rep to answer our questions to our satisfaction. We included them when we scheduled companies to give us estimates on the repairs we needed done. We were given a very good price for gutter replacement and Gutter Helmet on a very large, very tall house with several types of roofs and dormers. They wanted to come earlier than we needed. Another company had won the bid for the roofing and weren't finished when Moon Works wanted to come. If we had it to do over again, we would have used Moon Works for everything. The two men who installed the roof were professional, punctual, friendly and finished sooner that we expected. They did an excellent job, The man who measured the house for the gutters did not include the two small dormers at the side of the house in the contract. These were problem areas we had discussed with the salesman. Somehow they weren't included in the job order. The company (i think I spoke with the owner), resolved the issue quickly and in our favor. All of our gutters were installed properly. The new roof was not damaged in any way. We are delighted with their work and would recommend them highly.

They do excellent work. I have a very positive relationship with them, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Scheduling with Moonworks is very easy, and they are always responsive to their customer?s needs. Also, they communicate well.

Jay (the salesman) was very clear and informative. Everything he described would happen did happen and we are happy with the result.
