Joe Morin & Son

We are replacing the pool liner in the spring and plan on using this vendor. His prices are very reasonable, and affordable. He missed our first appointment, but was punctual for the second.

I gave him every opportunity to get out and get the business, but he grabbed 2 or 3 later callers and took their business instead, including an in-ground. Meanwhile, I made a single call to Riken Construction, Ricky showed up the following morning and quoted me $1600. During the height of the installation season, he was there in 10 days. Rick and his crew arrived at 7:30 sharp, and were gone by 11:00. Most of them left by 10:00. There was a minor issue with the liner that my wife noticed, and someone came back so quickly I did not even notice, and the issue was fixed. Rick showed true professionalism every step of the way, owns his own Caterpillar skid-steer loader, so site prep going to an outside person was not an issue. He actually runs 2 crews, and they shoot for 2 installations per day. On the other hand, if you want to get blown off repeatedly, made to feel uncomfortable for asking when the h*** your pool will be installed, get over-charged, and listen to someone with the IQ of a labradoodle justify the highest rates in the business, by all means, give Mr. Morin a call. If you do, good luck.

Returned inquiry call quickly...provided bid and information quickly...started and completed job as promised (some delay was due to inclement weather)...made sure job was complete and area cleaned...ensured pool was and quot;fulland quot; before leaving (we have a well). Owner and employees were always courteous and personable...in an apple to apples comparision, their price was slightly better than other bids, but price was not a priority here...value, particularly long term was. Will definitely recommend to others.

A pool liner was purchased with assurances that it would fit from another company and it did not. Have an Esther Williams pool and this is the first time I have a problem with replacing the liner. Mr. Morin's men had to take twenty wheelbarrows of sand out in order for the liner to fit correctly. It was an all day job. I filled the pool and they returned to put in the skimmer and output opening. Very satisfied with the outcome of this job.
