On-time, friendly, answered all questions. Worked until installation was complete - 1:15 PM. Drilled holes for faucet on-site. Neat, clean. Kitchen looks fantastic! Worked well with other contractors.

The crew of two arrived as scheduled, went about their business quietly and efficiently. The intsallation went smoothly, and all of the discarded material was hauled away. Great job.

Arrived early afternoon, rushed removal of existing countertops - turned on dishwasher accidentally causing flooding (neglected to turn off water supply). Hasty installation of granite with wood wedges for leveling, leaving 1/2" gap between cabinet top and granite and mismatching of backsplash joints with countertop joints. Required 1/32" white strip to hide gap.

Charlene greeted us on our visit and spent about two hours with us. We spent hours looking at different stones. She explained the installation process and what steps were required before the installation. Two weeks before the install we went back to view and perform the final selection. CJ was available and provided the same professional service that we got on our initial visit. At that time a date was set for the templates. Bill arrived as planned and spent several hours with us providing suggestions for the final shapes of our countertops. On the day before installation we got a call from the installation team. Bruce and Mike arrived on time and were more than professional. They took care in making sure the install went as planned. After the install they cleaned everything and left as if they were never there.Except for the beautiful countertops you could never tell they were ever there. I highly recommend using Countertops by Superior.

I told them what I wanted. Bill searched for the stone and brought several in for me to look at. I decided on one and they installed it in a timely manner. They were neat about it too.

Countertops By Superior installed Granite (Black Impala) countertop in my kitchen approx. 50 sq feet. Bill came out and measured the countertops and then gave me an install date. The price quote was ALL INCLUSIVE, unlike other places I had gotten bids. The quote included the templating, materials, fabrication, installation, free under-mount sink installed and cutout for sink and removal of old sink, faucet hole cutouts, edge profile of choice, cooktop cutout and removal of old cooktop and removal and disposal of old countertop! The installers did a great job! Very hard workers! This company aims to please! I love my new countertop!

Crew was on time; owner came out originally to do template and gave us great ideas for backsplash and island countertop that we used. Significantly less expensive than another local countertop fabricator.

We decided to keep our existing countertop for now, as I could not decide on a material and color for a new countertop. In the future, we would definitely work with Countertops by Superior again.

Staff and owner very helpful in picking out colors for a small dark kitchen. Installation went smoothly. Installers were professional, friendly, and clean up was impeccable.

So far this has been the best part of my kitchen remodel. Bill and every other employee was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed with the showroom and the knowledge of the staff. This was a great experience from planning to install and my new counter has exceeded my expectations. Not only did Bill give me exactly what I was looking for, but it's more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I will be recommending Countertops by Superior to everyone I know.
