Description of Work: Cost is N/A because their work was included in a package deal with another company. We do not know what their charge was.Their work was excellent. Their response was on time, and very professional. There was an error made, and they promptly fixed the issue no questions asked.They installed new granite countertops, sink, and back splash.

+ -1 moreWe had a great experience start to finish. The people in both the store and who came to our house were unusually friendly and knowledgeable. They let us take all the time we needed, which turned out to be a lot because we were disagreeing about which product to go with, and treated our job with as much importance as if it was a huge one, which it was not. They did all the measurements, custom drilled for our sink and faucets, custom beveled the edges at no extra cost(another home improvement store charges for this) and delivered it on schedule. When it came time to pay we were surprised we could not pay by credit card, but it makes sense because they keep their prices so low. They offered to give us an extra week or two to pay as a courtesy of our surprise, but that was unnecessary. A very nice gesture though, it felt like a transaction between respectful, trustworthy, real people, not a big anonymous business. They even gave us a cleaning spray as a thank you gift.
Description of Work: We visited the store in order to pick out what granite or silestone we wanted to use for our kitchen counter top, however that turned out to be unnecessary. When they came to our home to do measurements he brought a whole suitcase of samples with him, including remnants from other jobs that could be sold at a discounted price. We chose a gorgeous remnant piece of granite at a fraction of what it would have cost at an home improvement store as well as a large sink from their collection.
