+ -1 moreThe new house shingle was to exactly match the other building on the property that the contractor had finished two years earlier. He ordered the wrong shingle and said the contracted shingle was no longer available. When I contacted the manufacturer, who said the color and style was current, the contractor became evasive, dismissive and highly insulting when asked to correct his error. He told me he's not willing to do anything about it and to take him to court because my roof is finished and I should live with it.
Description of Work: Striped and replaced roof on a 250 year old historic home.

+ -1 moreI HAVE REFERRED THEM TO TWO OTHER FAMILIES ALREADY. I JUST FELT THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE ROOF AND WORKED TO KEEP ME HAPPY. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS EVERY DAY AND MADE SURE NOT TO TEAR UP THE YARD.
