The crew showed up at the time agreed on and the crew foreman explained how their work was planned for the day. He kept us updated on his progress and was always available to answer our questions. Clean up of the yard was very thorough.

I went to high school with him. He has since died and his son took it over. He has been in business for 30 years. They do stump grinding, but mostly tree removal. Their price was highly competitive, they did an excellent job, they were neat, they did the work they said they were going to do, showed up on time, and they did a little extra. They had enough crew to do the job and they were excellent. I received 3 bids, they were mid-range, they weren't the lowest, they weren't the highest, but, I grew up with the owner. I would use them again if I had more trees to take down. .

He did a good job and arrived on time with the crew. They took away all the debris. They didn't have much for safety equipment for the crew. He did what I asked him to do and his price was within range of market value. He showed me insurance papers.

I called Cavedon Tree Service for an estimate to take down one tree and grind the stump. Bill was prompt in calling me back and coming out to provide an estimate. He seemed knowledgeable and the price he quoted was the lowest I received (from 4 or 5 companies). I called back and let him know that I wanted him to perform the work. He said he would check the schedule and call back with a date. He never called back so after several days I called him and left a message. He then called me and we agreed on a date for the service to be performed. On the day he was going to perform the service he did not show up. He called me at 10:30AM to say that his truck would not start but that he should be there that afternoon. By 4:00PM I still had not heard back from him so I called him again. Bill apologized and said that he would call me the next day to reschedule. He never called and I never heard back from him after that, and I decided not to call him again. I took a day off to be there and wasted the entire day waiting for Cavedon to show up.

I called them and they came out and gave me a price. we set up an approximate date for them to do the job. Bill called back and told me when he would be here and he was punctual. The job went smoothly and the clean up was exceptional. Bill and his crew were very good to deal with and professional as well. I will have them back to do more work for me and would reccomend them to annyone I know.

The owner came over quickly to take a look and gave me a quote on the spot. He asked all the right questions about being able to get access. I liked him. My experience with Cavedon Tree Service was fine.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Although based in North Smithfield, they are willing to travel quite far to do work. They are going to give a quote to a family member for work in North Kingstown.

It went well. Bill and his crew cleaned up the debris afterwards. I did have to make a follow-up service request in early December. Spoke to Bill and told him that a huge branch on one of the arborvitaes was bent outwards and might break off with sufficient snow. I assumed that they had already tied it to the main trunk as we discussed. They came back and tied it to the tree, about a day before we were expecting a snowstorm.

They were professional and prompt. Scheduling was a bit complicated, but I understand that to be an industry-wide issue. Rick was always very pleasant to deal with.

They came early in the morning and used the bucket to take down most of the trees. The crew cleaned up debris as they went along and the owner came back 2 days later to grind the 6 stumps plus 4 more at no additional charge. This is the third tree service I have used over the last 5 years and they were more professional than the other two and I feels as though I got more than what I paid for.

They performed the work in a timely manner. Very well done, professional service!

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA REALLY WELL. THEY CAME OUT AND DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. I WILL REHIRE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

THEY CAME AND DID WHAT I PAID THEM TO DO. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND THEY CLEANED UP THE YARD WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY TOOK ALL THE LIMBS WITH THEM. I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.
