+ -1 moreRick spent almost two hours to trouble shoot and remedy our problem of no tv reception with our roof mounted antenna. He made numerous climbs up to our roof to make certain we received the best possible signal. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and was very polite and took time to explain all the work he had done. We would certainly call on him again. We will recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Adjusted tv antenna, replaced defective amplifier. Checked tv reception to insure strong signals.

+ -1 moreContacted vendor to inquire about antenna being installed on roof. Very nice man, however did not seem interested in providing service. Even know his site states he provides service in my area he stated he doesn't like to travel too much anymore. I can understand he doesn't want to travel in semi retirement stage however should update site to services and locations that he actually works in.

Description of Work: He Straightened out a mess with the antenna that we had in our attic. We were getting ready for insulation to be installed in the attic. When he came out and properly straightened out the mess. We had too many wires hanging everywhere. We were not getting the best signal alignment possible on a brand-new antenna that we had in the attic for about three years. Before he came we could never get it straightened out right. this man came in and within a relatively short amount of time straightened it all out now everything works great! Thank you for a nice job.
