Rich was so timely in his responses back to me and was able to come out to my house within a few days. He assessed my chimney and reported that it was already clean and looked great. He knocked out some excess concrete that was blocking the damper and then cleaned up his mess and some of mine that was left there. He was very kind and knowledgeable and didn't even charge me! I was very impressed and will be calling him when I need anything done with my chimney.

During a time where it seems impossible to find experienced tradespeople at a reasonable price, Rich stands out when it comes to anything chimney-related. We recently moved into an older home with multiple wood-burning fireplaces and a neglected chimney with leaky flashing. Rich was able to fit me into his schedule and get everything fixed for a fair price. We are now able to enjoy our fireplace for the upcoming winter - I highly recommend Rich if you need work done on your chimney!
