+ -1 moreSince it was last summer, I don't remember the details, but as always the service provider was efficient and professional. We have been buying appliances from Morrone Electric in Westerly since the late 1970's - early 1980's, and Reale and Peloquin has done all the service work on them. It has always been excellent.
Description of Work: He installed a fix to our year-old Whirlpool Gold refrigerator that clears up the chronic ice build-up those refrigerators were prone to.

+ -1 moreI paid $90 for the house call, but we couldn't reproduce the problem, so we never found out what it was. He was good. He provided a weekend appointment which was good. I was a little disappointed that he didn't do much to look into the problem.
Description of Work: I used Reale & Peloquin. I last used them in January for a washing machine. I was having an issue with a washing machine, so I had them stop by and look at it.

+ -1 moreWe have used Reale and Peloquin twice over the past few years. The first time our oven heating element was broken and the second time our ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. In both cases they evaluated the situation and gave us very reasonable estimates. Parts had to be ordered, but they arrived quickly and the repairs were completed at very reasonable cost. We would not hesitate to call on them in the future, and we give them our highest recommendations.

+ -1 moreExcellent service from the initial phone call to the resolution of the problem.
Description of Work: The service man arrived on time, the first good sign, and was polite and professional from that moment on. He recognized the product as one that had been listed on a recall for a dangerous electrical problem. He advised us to disconnect the power to the unit using the breaker switch if we would be away from the house, as a precaution, until the problem was resolved. He took the necessary numbers and said he would get back to us with recall information. Before the end of the day, he had called and left us the manufacturer's phone number for recall products.

+ -1 moreWe have used Reale & Peloquin in the past for oven and ice maker repairs. Their service has always been of excellent quality and prices are very fair. Because they are very busy, it sometimes can be a few days before they can get to you but it's worth the wait. We have been extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism.
Description of Work: Repaired Maytag clothes dryer that had stopped heating by replacing shorted power cord and connection block.
