I hired Joe to 1) excavate my property. I paid him in full. However, he did not finish the project. He gave me excuse after excuse, saying he would finish the project and be there on a particular day, but then that day would come, and Joe would send a text giving me a new excuse that he could not make it. More than a month went by. He said he would be there, then sent a text with an excuse. He did this several times. In his last text last Saturday, when he promised to be at my house to finish the project, he once again said that he couldn't make it (another excuse). Joe promised that he would be there to finish the job on Wednesday, June 5th. He never showed up. 2) In another project, he said I needed a new sump pump (this was very early on). I paid him $3000. Once the job was "completed," I noticed there was still water near and around the sump pump. He said it came from a space where the concrete wall met the concrete floor. He said he would fix it when he returned to finish the job. That never happened. I figured out the problem as to where the water was coming from. He took a tube from the sump pump hole (that extracted water from my water purification center) and hung it over a rafter on the basement ceiling. He failed to put that tube back into the sump pump. I became suspicious of his work at this time. I made an appointment with GEM to check the leak and ensure the sump pump was correctly installed. When they checked, I was outside when they tested the sump pump. Water was gushing against the house instead of down into the trench he dug. I took a video and sent it to him. His response in a text was, "How dare you have someone else look at my work?" I did not respond and was shocked as this was my house, and I hadn't figured out why water was on the floor yet.

Complete professionals, showed up when they were supposed to, completed the work, and actually completed it ahead of schedule which is unheard of today.

Beside being a good person Joe did an amazing job his knowledge about the job is unquestionable I definitely recommend

We had some grading to be done in our backyard to put a new patio and we ended up doing front walk way also. They were very professional and went above and beyond of our expectations. Easy to communicate with and were answered to all of our questions. Very pleased with the service.

Joe does not follow through when he says he's going to be somewhere. Not telling me that he wasn't going to put them back the way he found my basement. Just terrible hack job. Horrible service, the professional carpenter he bought in was rude and just a hack job. After He got paid He texted me that I was a completely white trash and says have aa nice day you piece of ****. I hope you guys don't recommend them again.
