The work was executed beautifully and meticulously. The house and structures painted were built in 1873; the structures are old and were badly in need of painting. It was a pleasure to have Mr. Kinsella do the work. His work ethics are impeccable and his expertise and skills are above and beyond reproach. He is an extremely trustworthy person and can be relied upon to do a superlative job. I am overjoyed with the finished product. The house, shed and garage have never looked better. In addition, Mr. Kinsella cleaned up the paint chips thoroughly, put tarps down as needed. When he left for the day, his work area was spotless and the newly painted surfaces flawless. To coin a phrase, "neat as a pin;" not to mention a transformation from shabby peeling shingles to a clean crisp smooth new look. Mr. Kinsella deserves my highest recommendation and I would contract with him again in a 'New York' minute. It is so refreshing to find someone of this caliber, genuinely conscientious, a gentleman who takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile.

Matt did the job on-time and under budget. I am extremely happy with the finished product. Would hire him again without a doubt Matt was polite and professional.
