Excellent telephone service. Set up automated delivery and billing protocol with no issues. Truck arrived exactly as promised. Oil cost is pricier than some but less than others. Excellent web page.

We're glad you like our website, but must say that we will soon be updating it! The format we used when writing it a few years ago was to educate people on biodiesel as much as possible. So much water is over the dam now, we think it's time to simplify. These things take awhile, so we're not sure when you'll see the new and improved version. Hope you like it as well!

We're pleased you gave Guardian a try in spite of our grade of "C" for price. Many people don't know that the price of the oil they buy doesn't cover simply the price of the oil itself. It also includes the cost of training the delivery person in proper handling of hazardous materials, proper licensing for all employees and the company, and the cost of maintaining our equipment in top working order. Even when it is the law, many companies don't bother, don't care, or don't know all the safety and licensing requirements to handling fuel. Seems like they would have to , but many disregard your safety to save money. That's how they sell oil cheaply! Even a dirty truck is a sign that the oil they carry could have contaminants in it, or is unfit for the road. We won't take chances like that. We are fully licensed, and have recently passed a US DOT audit for safety (while the other 4 in our region who were audited all failed). Our drivers all have passed nationwide security background checks! We could skimp or cheat, but it's not the way we work. It costs us more to do business this way, so our product cost is NOT in the bargain category. We're also not in the higher price category! We check prices, too! We know that families are working hard , and we are too! We keep our expenses in line so our prices can remain in the mid-level. So we accept our grade of "C" in pricing, to give you A+ service, safety, and product knowledge. Thanks!

We will be getting our Biofuel from Guardian.
Description of Work: We were shopping for an oil delivery service, Guardian did not rush us or treat us as if we were stupid for not understanding contracts and such. They took the time to help us understand not only their programs but also some industry language.
