This Company is truly amazing. The gentleman that I worked with Chris was truly amazing, very professional, respectful, caring and a true gentleman. He explained everything that needed to be done. I hired him n his company to install a new roof on my house, from being damaged from a bad wind storm.. Chris answered all my questions. His crew was amazing they did a amazing job on my roof, they were very clean and professional.. I would most definitely recommend this company to my friends n anyone else looking for a great roofing company...

I called Dave Faraone at cedar valley exteriors to repair wind damage to our roof and siding. Best move I ever made! Instead of a quick fix patch Dave got our insurance company to pay for a brand new top quality roof and brand new siding for the whole house I am still in shock. My house is like new thank you so much Dave you are incredible

David Faraone was my first and primary contact throughout my experience with Cedar Valley. David came out to my house reviewed my situation went up on the roof and also used a drone to find where the trouble spots were he then gave me recommendations on what I needed to do to make sure I had a safe and functioning roof. His team came out just as planned They stripped the roof and put on the new roof in one day. Scheduling was incredibly efficient, the team arrived on time, they were courteous people and most importantly they knew what they were doing. I did not find even one nail in my yard after their work was completed

He was always professional, reassuring and prompt with all communication with me and my insurance company. He walked me through the process of filing a claim with my homeowners insurance for the wind damage. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Dave was a pleasure to work with. We initially called in for a facia repair on our siding and a few roof shingles that blew off in a wind storm. Dave informed us we would be able to file a claim with our insurance company for an entire roof replacement. We were initially skeptical but Dave worked with us and directly with our insurance company to complete the entire job. The work was completed quickly and the roof is beautiful

In all honesty, the repair was quite simple. The contractor was quick and the work was well done. He left the work site clean and showed me the finished work before he left so i had a chance to review and comment. I would recommend Marcus to others requiring repairs to their vinyl siding.

I feel very fortunate to have had Kaela as my service representative from Cedar Valley. From our initial meeting, Kaela took me, step by step, through the process. She clearly explained the steps needed to complete the install and even assisted me with filing the claim with my insurance company. She stopped by or called often to keep me informed as to where we were in the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. On the day of the build, she stopped by with donuts and stayed a bit to let me know what was going to happen. My brand new architectural roof was completed in two days. Clean up was thorough. Kaela stopped by after the build was completed to inspect the property. I couldnâ  t have had a more professional and caring specialist as Kaela. I was looking for someone to repair a leaky roof caused by recent winds. I met David Faraone from Cedar Valley Exteriors when he came over to look at my roof the same day I posted in Home Advisor. He gave the roof a good inspection and documented significant wind and hail damage on my roof. When my insurance adjuster inspected the roof, the adjuster agreed with David's inspection findings and I was awarded an ENTIRE BRAND NEW ROOF! From submitting my claim to having the roof completed, the entire process was so smooth I just couldn't believe it! David patiently answered all my questions. He handled all the details, including working with the insurance company directly. The materials were delivered, and one day that week the installers rolled in at 7 am. Buy the end of their day, the roof was finished!! The yard was cleaned up perfectly. I recommend hiring David Faraone for all your roof or siding needs!

Great company. We called Cedar Valley after a windstorm damaged our roof. David Faraone helped us work with the insurance company from start to finish to get the maximum coverage and made everything incredibly easy. He also kept us updated throughout the process so we were always in the loop. Once all was settled, the roof was installed in one day and looks great. David even came back once the work was finished to pick up the extra materials that we didn't have room to store. Couldn't be happier with the service, would definitely recommend!

The process for a new roof through insurance was made easy due to Dave FARAONE from Cedar Valley. Insurance was not going to cover and if it wasnâ  t for his knowledge and foot work. This new roof would not have happened. He was there every step of the way always reaching out to let me know what the next step was from paperwork and when to expect delivery and when the roofers will arrive. I worked with David to get an estimate after a storm blew some shingles off of my rental property roof. David met with my insurance company and assisted with getting a claim approved for the repairs. The work was completed in a single day, and the new roof looks great. The whole process was nearly effortless on my end once David got involved. I would recommend anyone with roof damage or just looking for reliable workmanship to call them. All of the heavy liftings was on their end. I definitely hope that I do not need another roofing job anytime soon, but if I do there is only one call I will be making David at cedar valley.
