 + 0 moreHave to this date received no explanation, no phone call, no deposit returned. Will have to take him to court.
Description of Work: Gave an estimate for single family home of $10,750 and accepted $5000 deposit in 5/17. No work has been performed. No phone calls accepted or returned. I've asked for the deposit to be returned: nothing. I caught him at home and he has excuses and obvious lies. Says he returned materials and is waiting for check. It is now Sept 5th. He can produce no receipts for so called brought materials. This lack of proof could constitute a felony.
