I hired, Michael Verrier, Owner of UNITED TREE EXPERTS, INC., (found on Service Magic) to remove 1 oak tree, trim a second tree, and clean up and seed/fert part of my back yard. Estimate price given by Mr. V was $1925.00. They came, did all the work pertaining to the tree and limb removal. And partially cleaned up the flower bed area. I paid Michael $950.00 for the tree/limb job. Then he insisted on my paying him for the landscape job in full, also. Which I did. (foolish on my part) As soon as the tree/limb job was finished, he packed up and left, promising to return the following Monday to finish the loam/seed/fert job. HE HAS NEVER RETURNED TO FINISH THAT JOB, WHICH IS PAID IN FULL. HE WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS. HE SCREENS CALLS. TAKES NEW JOB CALLS, IGNORING CALLS TO FINISH OR COMPLAIN. His AND his twin brother's friendliness is only a scam. DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS TO DO ANY JOB. YOU WILL REGRET EVEN CALLING AND LISTENING TO HIS "I GUARANTEE IT" message. What a joke you are,, and what a FOOL I am. -$600.

Overall, my experience was not good. They completed the work as quoted and on time so form that standpoint I was satisfied. Unfortunately, while grinding the stump, they hit a rock that flew out of the stump area, hit the house and damaged the downspout on the house. They promised to return to rplace the downspout within 10 days. The gave me thi spromis ein writing. I made no less than 5 calls over several weeks to get them to come out and make the repair. I was told several times they were working on it and that Matthew, the individual who made the promise to repair the downspout would contact me to arrange the repair. He never did. I have little tolerance for lack of follow through and broken commitments.
