+ -1 moreIT WAS AN ACCEPTABLE JOB. THEY SEEMED TO GRASP WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE COMPUTER. THEY WERE POLITE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE REPAIR. THE COST WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED, BUT I WAS GLAD TO HAVE MY COMPUTER BACK.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REPAIRED MY COMPUTER BY REPLACING PARTS IN THE TOWER.

+ -1 moreTHE GUY WAS A GENIUS. IT TOOK HIM A MATTER OF TEN MINUTES TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG TO GET EVERYTHING ELSE DONE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS EFFORTS.
Description of Work: HE REMOVED A VIRUS, SET UP VIRUS PROTECTION, AND RESTORED MY PC TO ITS ORIGINAL STATUS.
