THE INITIAL MEETING COST AND QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. THE PROBLEM WI TH THIS CONTRACTOR IS THE COMPLETE AND UTTER LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS. LEFT 7 MESSAGES OVER A PERIOD OF 7 MONTHS ACCORDINGLY I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE FOR HVAC INSTALL/EVALUATIONS AVOID USING THIS CONTRACTOR..

Description of Work: The company responded to my call promptly, coming early the next day. They examined my central air conditioner, finding it in good order, examined my furnace and found it needed a part which they replaced and called in an electrician to replace a needed wire in the furnace allowing my AC to work. As I had two other AC persons in saying I needed a replacement. I was satisfied with the cost and service.
