Richard and his crew arrived about 8 am each morning. They worked the roof in sections so there would not be large areas under a tarp overnight. They were friendly, professional and very neat. All debris was cleared up before they left each day. I mean ALL debris. There was never a scrap or nail to be seen. Our new roof is beautiful!

When Richard first came to the house to evaluate the potential job he went on the roof and inspected all aspects of the job including the chimney. He was the only vendor out of the 5 we interviewed to actually go on the roof and walk around. When we made up our minds to use R&R we called Richard and he said he would be able to do the job in about a month from that time. We called him about 3 weeks later and he said he would not be able to keep the original target date due to unforeseen issues with his current project. He said maybe 2 more weeks. He then called us a day or 2 before the 2 weeks was up and he again said it would be 2 more weeks due to the continuing difficulties with his current project. Each time he was very apologetic and said he would understand if we decided to go with another vendor but assured us we would be very satisfied if we stayed the course with him. We did and he and his crew came to the house on time each day for a week to finish the job. They were extremely neat and cleaned up every day. Did not use a dumpster but rather hauled away the trash every day. There were some very heavy rains during the week he was working but the draping and tarps kept the rain out. Richard is very particular and gives a great deal of attention to detail. I would highly recommend R&R.

I spoke with him he said was going to come by but he never showed up or called me back.

Booked an appointment. Richard never showed up for the appointment, didn't call to inform me why and didn't return my call when I inquired why he missed the appointment. Totally unprofessional.

From the very first phone call, things went well. Richard returned our call, came out to give an esitimate. He started the work when he said he would. While they were on our property, they treated it as though it was their own. The men arrived on time and worked the whole time they were here. In my opinion, the men took pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Great Job. Richard replaced the roof on my house as if it were his own. He reattached and cleaned all the gutters as well. Cleaned up all work material.communication was great, and quality was supurb.

Due to weather and added work the job took 7 weeks! The job went well regardless. Richard and his crew worked around the weather. Even though the job was more extensive than I had anticipated, I am very pleased at the result - many long standing problems were corrected.

Richard was very professional and patiently answered my many questions. They arrived on time every day and were extremely clean about their work. No nails in my yard, no debris, etc. My house is older (built in '46), and I had a bad roofing job from another contractor just a few years ago (the reason I'm doing it again!). Per my request, they checked most of the roofing boards and replaced those which had problems caused by the old roof (not just those with structural problems), and did a 100% coverage with the ice and water barrier, rather than the normal application around valleys, eves, etc. The job took about 1 1/2 weeks due to all the detail work, but through it all, Richards team was professional and conscientious. Richard was on site daily, working with his crew. Very comforting to know that someone who has been doing this work for quite a while, isn't just taking the job and then sending a crew to do the work. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Great job.

Amazing. Richard is a perfectionist and he handles his crew like a tight ship. He made sure every single aspect of the job was attended to and done to an incredibly high standard. I am a perfectionist and he went beyond what I could have even hoped for. Everything was completely cleaned and tidied up when they left and it had created a big mess.

We had to wait our turn but once the job was started, it moved right along until it was finished. It was a big job and lasted over a week.

They were very punctual and cleaned up everything after they left. The only reason I gave them a "B" in quality is because they forgot to nail down some shingles, which caused a leak. But I called them, and they came out and repaired the problem quickly.

THESE GUYS ARE PRETTY GOOD. THEY TORE OFF THE OLD ROOF WHICH WAS A VERY MESSY JOB. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED ON HOW WELL THEY CLEANED UP ALL THAT JUNK. EVERYTHING LOOKS REALLY NICE AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY LEAKS.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE WHOLE JOB TOOK JUST THREE DAYS. THE CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. I LIKE THAT THEY BROUGHT SAMPLES TO MY HOME FOR MY SELECTION.
