+ -1 moreIt was great. We did not go with them, but they are very nice. Hope to have a project for them in the future. Our neighbors have used them and were happy. One neighbor has a very nice new front porch.
Description of Work: Provided an estimate for restoration work inside our home. Drywall, insulation, etc.

+ -1 moreJose Silva, the owner of the business, was prompt at returning calls and always kept appointments. We originally planned to rebuild and enlarge the deck. After looking at our backyard, Jose suggested we consider a patio as an alternative and priced both options for us. We decided to go with the patio. He and his work crew were both professional and efficient. They did an expert job at installing the patio to the herringbone design we selected. They were neat and cleaned up all of the debris. I would use them again for other home improvement projects.
Description of Work: Removed wooden deck from backyard and replaced it with brick patio. Also, installed new brick walkway in front yard.

Description of Work: we needed new outside stairs into the house...JMS arrived on time each day they were here...they were friendly and professional...now we have great looking brick and blue stone steps...would definitely use them in the future should we need any masonry work

+ -1 moreOverall everything went very well. Joe comes soon to give a price. Once hired he keeps to his word. Honest-good hardworking man.
Description of Work: Patio blocks were placed in a nice pattern to build a patio after the ground was prepared. I am very pleased with the work. This is the third time that this company has done work for us. The first time was to fix a leak in our chimney that we had four other companys attempt to fix over a period of 30 years. It is a year now and not a drop of rain has come in the fireplace. The second time was to build a farmers porch with a cement floor. The work is excellent. Beside the fact that Jose Silva (Joe) and his crew do excellent work I find him to be very honest.

+ 0 moreThe project went very well, Mr. Silva brought me several paver styles to choose from, I settled on one stone I really liked, he had to go to 3 paver suppliers to find it, and he did, and I am very satisfied with the job. I have used Mr. Silva before so I knew his quality of work. He finished the job in one day.
Description of Work: Jose Silva installed a paver border to an already existing paver patio. It was a 12 x 12 paver patio, that looked unfinished because it didn't have a border. His work was excellent, he was neat, professional, and now my patio looks great! I have used Mr. Silva previously, once to repair a river rock foundation in which he had to match the old red mortar, and another time to repair paver steps that were improperly installed by another company...he fixed them! I would use his services again.
