+ 0 moreHe showed up a couple times after many excuses. Spent about 45 minutes and removed leaves. Nothing more. I paid him for the work he did, and he never showed up again. I contacted him several times, (via Angie's List & Text message) and he would always assure me that he would be showing up to do the work. He never bothered to show up, which was problematic because we had scheduled showings of our house. He has continues to send me bills for work that he never showed up for, and does not reply to my messages that I send him via Angie's List.
Description of Work: I hired Mr. Faria to come and do bi-weekly leave removal and clean up in the fall.

+ 1 moreAll I needed was an estimate. I was shopping around for a new landscaper. The owner did come to the house at the time he said he would be here. He checked out the yard and quoted me a price of $40 a week for regular maintenance, and a clean up of last years leaves ( that the previous landscaper left from doing fall clean up too soon), of $200. The price was in the ball park of other landscaping companies. The only reason why I did not hire him is that a family member decided to take over the lawn duties.
