They recently performed a gas conversion for us and installed a Viessmann Vitocrossal gas boiler. I have to say that Tom Vessella the President of the company is a very honorable person who went the extra mile to make me happy and I would not hesitate to recommend him The service is excellent and their staff is highly trained and skilled.

Their receptions answers the phone promptly and we had no trouble finding an appointment. The technician arrived on time. Did the work well and cleaned up after himself.

The workers were very capable, good natured, and professional to a man. Despite the task of pulling out the old pump requiring the removal of the hot water heater, they did everything with the highest level of detail and workmanship. When that finished, they were on their hands and knees cleaning the floor and restoring everything back to better than it was.

We recently moved two walls in our old home so we needed someone to relocate two heating vent s in our first floor. Energy-One capped the old vents and relocated them. They were prompt, neat and helpful - even pinning up flexible tubing that had nothing to do with their work. They had the experience to do the job right. We had a really tough time finding a company that specialized in this kind of work. They were recommended to us by their vent supplier in Providence.
