+ -1 moreThey did a very good job. The cost was $180.00 for cleaning an empty house. The house was empty so I'm not sure how long the job took them but this was done before we moved in. The cleaning job was consistent throughout.

+ -1 moreVery badly. We called Sparkling Clean to get a quote for a house we were moving out of after 13 years on June 27. The Realtor had the first two showings scheduled for 6PM and 7PM the following night, June 28. Adrianna from Sparkling Clean came in the middle of our move the day before, gave us a reasonable quote , and said she would be there with a helper the following day by 2PM. I specifically told her she had to be out before the first showing at 6PM. The following day, after our move, and unscheduled painting of our entire new house we realized it was 3PM and she still had not called to say she was there. In a panic, I called her and she nonchalantly said she would be there in an hour---that would be 4PM---and the Realtor was coming at 6PM to sell a house listed at over $650,000....To say we were upset would be a serious understatement. We called my regular housecleaner--- and my husband, myself, and my housecleaner furiously back to our old home and scrubbed, vacuumed, and polished the entire 9 rooms in 2 hours---screaming out of the driveway as they all arrived with the Realtor. The stress of the move, and then this almost killed us all. We sold the house to the first person that came that night----no thanks to Sparkling Clean. We hate to give any company a bad review, but they earned it.

Description of Work: They came two days They did mostly scrubbing the kitchen, 2 bathrooms,living room, dining room, book cleaning, curio cabinet and everything in it, windows, patio door,laundry room mess I made with spilled fabric softner, and even fixed my mop I broke!Washed floors, vacuumed and more. Description of Work: I moved into a larger house and it took 3 weeks to get everything unpacked. I contacted Adriana to do a top to bottom cleaning and then to come in bi-weekly. Adriana and Renata do a thorough, professional cleaning. They are also excellent at organizing, be it a kitchen or home office. They have always been on time and confirm arrival times by text. I recommend them without reservation.

+ -1 moreAdriana and her friend Renata showed up right on time for both the consultation and the day of the job. She quoted me the $300 and said that it would probably take about 6-8 hours. Well, 10.5 hours later she was still going to honor her quote, which I thought was incredibly professional. Personally I thought that she deserved more and paid her accordingly. The job that was done was very impressive, ok they missed a couple spots here and there, but the house was such a disgrace before and after it was clean and smelled clean and fresh! I am incredibly grateful to have found Adriana on Angie's List, she more than made up for the subscription fee. I definitely will be hiring her again when I move to my new apartment!
Description of Work: Adriana and Renata scrubbed and I mean SCRUBBED the first floor rooms and 2nd floor bathroom until they sparkled like new. They did a phenomenal job. It took them 10.5 hours of non-stop working, they even ate lunch while they worked! I could never have done what they did, especially at that quality.

+ -1 moreAdriana responded promptly to my E-mail and we set up a time for an inspection and estimate. She arrived on time for the walk through inspection. I explained what I wanted done and that I had a hard and fast deadline. She scoped out the work, assured me the deadline was not a problem and gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. I accepted the estimate and a date and time was set for the work. Adriana and assistant were there on time. Windows were washed (inside and out), walls washed; all surfaces vacuumed or dusted; clutter organized; bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected, soap scum in shower removed; furniture moved and floors vacuumed and wet mopped; all surfaces in kitchen cleaned, including appliances; oven and microwave cleaned inside and out. They worked hard! I was very pleased with the work. This was supposed to be a one time cleaning but now I'm spoiled and I've decided to have Adriana return on a scheduled recurring basis.

+ -1 moreOne person cme to look at the job the day afte I call her and explained what I was looking for: someone to do all the windows ahead of a brunch scheduled for the following Sunday. I asked her to quote me the cost of doing the windows only and the cost of doing the windows plus vaccuming and dusting. The total quote being very reasonable in my view I ask her to go ahead and plan it. She called me back to let me know when she would come and was here promptly with another person at the time indicated. They both worked very hard - no interuption - starting with the upstairs and making their way down. They completed the job in 6 hours to my complete satisfaction.
Description of Work: We hire this group to do windows (16 large windows), vaccuum and dust the entire house which has 3 bedrooms, one office, large living room, dining room and kitchen/family room. We had excluded the kitchen cooking area and sink as well as the three bathrooms at that time.
