I called Larry, and although he said he's only licensed to service in Rhode Island, he was very generous by offering me some tips that might help prevent this wetness from occurring. Furthermore, he gave two names of companies in my area to call if the issue persisted. Finally, he said if the above solutions didn't work for us, to call him back and he'd help out more. From this experience, Larry seems to be knowledgeable, attentive and helpful - I'd certainly recommend him to anyone in RI!
Description of Work: Had a wet area in my basement about 2ft diameter and needed it diagnosed / fixed.

 + -1 moreEverything went better than I expected. In the past when there were heavy rains I would have puddles in my basement and now they are gone. The work comes with a lifetime guarentee and Larry is always very prompt in coming out to resolve issues.
