concrete repair, concrete driveways
+ 0 moreI was doing my due diligence in getting estimates for a new concrete porch. I needed the existing concrete removed and new concrete poured. Justin Carpenter gave me a quote and I told him that we are interviewing other companies and will make a decision by the end of May, after the new roof is installed. Apparently Mr. Carpenter is not a patient person. He repeatedly send insulting and vulgar texts to my phone. My 11-year old niece was playing a game on my phone when they came in. I am extremely angry with Mr. Carpenter. This was some of the most unprofessional conduct I have ever seen. I cannot comment on his quality of his work, but this behavior has guaranteed he will not come anywhere near my home and do any work for us. I highly recommend that you do not waste your time with Carpenter Concrete Construction. There is no excuse to treat customers this way.
