Very easy to work with, responsive and dependable time wise. The installation crew was professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. Fitting a new deck on an existing frame can be a challenge but the finishing touches were excellent!! We couldnâ t have asked for a better installation.

We did a large Timbertek deck (50â x 15â ). We obtained 5 proposals and selected Cambriane based on knowledge, responsiveness and cost. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable across brands and product lines. He brought several samples and gave sage advice based on vast experience. For example, he advised against many of the hidden fastener systems in favor of the â Camoâ system, as the deck boards could be placed much closer together and you would not see the shiny steel disc fasteners between the boards (a big aesthetic difference in our opinionâ ¦see displays at lumber yards). We changed the project a couple of times and Daniel was immediately responsive and the charges for the changes were generally zero or reasonable. The crew doing the work was professional and experienced (over 20 years at the company). They started quickly and worked every day through completion. They were pleasant and comfortable to have around our home. The service and price were great and the final product is both beautiful and well constructed. We have recently done a lot of of significant successful home renovations and this was by far the best experience we have had. I highly recommend Daniel and Cambriane, if you are looking to add or redo a deck!

We used Cambriane LLC to remove two existing decks and rebuild with one wrap-around deck. The results were top-notch in every way. I can best sum up their performance as excellent â old-schoolâ customer service. First, due to some questions specific to our property, the owner and project point-man (Daniel Lee) checked with building inspectors, DEM requirements for the property, and a structural engineer (for placing a large hot tub on the deck) all before even having a contract. Daniel is excellent at listening to his customers and spent several hours with us in the initial phase to ensure he understood what we wanted â ¦ and also to express what could and couldnâ t be done within code requirements. Any questions we posed were routinely answered in less than 24 hours. He brought over material samples several times and also e-mailed us pictures of railing options when we were struggling to decide which design we liked better. After we had selected the deck color we liked, he even invited us to see a deck that he had completed using that material to ensure we would like it. Daniel also went out of his way to help with decisions on keeping costs down. The work team started on the day Daniel promised, and they were one day shy of the estimated finish date. Second, my wife and I had a fair idea of what we thought the deck design should look like, but when it was drawn up, our ideas did not meet code. Danielâ s wife Susan then developed a computer-generated 3D isometric drawing of our house with one side of the deck dramatically revised. The design was superior to our concept in that it met code, but also added symmetry and character to the overall design. Finally, the workers (Mike and Chris) were outstanding and professional. Their work is very precise, and it shows in the quality of the final product. Mike has been building decks for this company for 18 years and brings a tremendous amount of knowledge on deckbuilding. When there were options on certain fabrication designs, they did not just make an assumption, but rather would ask us for our preferences. They also would offer minor improvement suggestions, such as adding a step-off pad at the bottom of the stairs. They kept our yard usable during the work effort and cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, we are ecstatic with our new deck and were very impressed with the entire Cambriane project team from top to bottom. We highly recommend them â ¦ if you are looking to have some deck work done, then use this team that specializes in decks!

Accountable,flexable,awesome work. Two gentlemen (Ford and Mike) were great people to get to know. They work together like one and were respectful to the timing of my dogs having to go out in the yard for bathroom breaks. Work is high class and done to perfection.
