Description of Work: Gary installed a deduct meter for two outside faucets to separate the cost of watering the lawns and garden from the cost of sewer treatment. He quickly made the installation (2 ½ hours) including replacement of the main valve that was as old as the Older part of the house (80 years) and installed an expansion tank to prevent hot water from backing into the main sewer system. Now the water system for the house is up to date. He used our copper pipe from the existing piping that was in not needed because of the new installation, to install the expansion tank and deduct valve which saved money for the project. The installation of the new piping was of plastic tubing that was cheaper and easier to install. I asked him to add a third outside faucet in the project for which he provide a reasonable quote which completed as part of the project. |I intend to have him to do additional work into near future. It is also a goal of mine to identify a good reasonable, dependable plumbing and heating expert that I call on in the future. I think I have identified that goal in ZAWADZKI PLUMBING AND HEATING.

They have fixed/ replaced/ installed water lines for my heating system, replaced parts on the boiler, fixed faucets, installed a bathroom vanity and toilet, replaced a gas hot water heater and converted my old electric water heater to a gas one. They have also extended a gas line for a fireplace. I have recommended them to friends who were also happy with their service. If we have a plumbing problem or job needed done, they always respond quickly and promptly. Gary and Ray are the best!!

He came out to our home over a year ago to repair a leaking whirlpool tub faucet and a leaking dishwasher, and repair a broken outdoor pipe that had been repaired by another plumber but continued to leak. again, good prices and fixed everything perfectly. Will use him again.

+ -1 moreThe folks as Zawadzki responded quickly with an appt for an estimate, gave a fair estimate, and fit me into their schedule quickly. We were having problems with the hot water, so their timeliness was appreciated. The work was completed quickly and we now have lots of hot water.

I have been using them for about twenty years and they are always dependable. I would recommend them to anyone.
