Description of Work: Rick essentially save our house from our very badly behaved cats every year, After he leaves, including moving out and cleaning area rugs, cleaning carets, drapes, upholstered furniture and bathroom floors it looks and smells like we have no cats. The cats can hardly wait to start again. He is great and thorough and does a great job on my custom Tibetans.

Description of Work: Had Ultra Clean clean 1.) the living room, 2.) three bedrooms, and 3.) stairwell landing at an apartment building that I own. The living room was very dirty and the stairway landing at the entrance to the house was gross from the winter time.

Description of Work: Rick, the owner of this company, is quite possibly the most professional and honest person I have ever dealt with. I originally hired him for carpet cleaning which was done to perfection. While in the home, I asked about furniture cleaning and scheduled that. Another beautiful job. I asked about a stain on the ceiling from a leak in the bathroom.....the stain is gone. He repaired 4 leather arm chairs, which were 25 years old, to better than new condition. He completely restored our master bathroom marble after a cleaning company used the wrong cleaning product and ruined the marble. The marble now looks brand new! I am scheduling him to do our hardwood floors this summer and know that they will be done to perfection. Rick is meticulous about his work and is always proud of the end product. I think that the name of his company is somewhat misleading as he does so much more than carpet cleaning. Thank goodness I had dirty carpets and thus the opportunity to discover this "jack of all trades"!

Description of Work: Cleaned pee stained rugs and uphostery from a new Bengal cat and and old lady cat. Got a beautiful white wool shag rug immaculate that looked hopeless.

Description of Work: Rick Germain, owner & operator of U.C. has been doing work for our family since August of 1991. Rick uses steam and enzymes which are NON-TOXIC and COMPLETELY safe for PEOPLE and PETS. He has restored our rugs, upholstery and is able to remove urine from mattresses, encapsulating them and leaving them nearly dry. He has also cleaned our summer chair cusions. He is able to pinpoint where fido or fifi may have left an unwelcome deposit. I have reccommended Rick for numerous years and he receives rave reviews from all. It is RARE to find someone who isn't happy until he exceeds his customers' expectations.
