+ -1 morethey were very professional and kept me in the loop with everything with my acer laptop thank you guys for fixing it quickly and giving it back in working correctly i love the work and its even working quicker...i highly recommend this company for all computers issues if i ever have another issue this place is my number one and prices are responsible...again thank you guys and thank you ashley for not getting annoyed with me and my every day phone calls to get updates

Description of Work: Very disappointed by the whole process. I was told about Snapfix where someone would call me to arrange service. I have patiently waited, but no one has reached out to me. I do not use Angie's List often, but when I need it, I NEED it. I now question my faith in Angie's List as well as Tech 911 Inc. Wonder if I would have had better results using YELP?

+ -1 moreI joined Angie's List specifically to find a local reputable computer repair shop that I would be comfortable leaving my computer for them to work on. I could not decide on any shops that were listed in the Yellow Pages. The staff at Angie's List walked my through the process of coming up with a list of local shops in my area. After reviewing the details of the shops in the list, I visited a shop closest to my house and talked to Ron, the technician. He told me he could work on it that afternoon. I felt comfortable enough to let him work on my laptop. I brought the computer to him and he cleared up my problem that afternoon.
Description of Work: I had a security problem with my laptop and Ron, the technician invited me to bring my computer at my convenience. I brought it in that after noon and he worked on it while I waited in his shop. He worked on the problem in between other jobs he was working on. He fixed the problem and I was on my way in less than two hours. It took that long only because the computer was downloading the security updates. I will definitely return there again for my future repair needs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TECH 911 to my friends or family members.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish...very easy, everything explained. Less than I thought it was going to cost. Very happy and will use Tech 911 again if needed.
Description of Work: I looked around at a few places and the cost just to have my computer looked at was $150 at least. Some would not charge anything to take a look but the charges were more than I wanted to spend. I own an HP Notebook and honestly just do not like it, however it's just a year old. Literally on the day my warrenty was up my computer stopped working. I called Tech 911 and they pretty much knew what it was over the phone. Brought it in, very nice, explained everything to me. Ordered the part I needed and had it back into about 7 days. I use this computer for work and it basically goes everwhere with me so being without was difficult. Thankfully I had a backup to take with me. I would recommend Tech 911!!

+ -1 moreMy computer got infected with a virus and after calling the big box stores and getting quoted a $200 virus removal fee, I decided to look elsewhere. Tech 911 had a flat fee that included a lot of extra services that I'm sure the others would have charged additional fees for. Work was completed in the timeframe given and they even loaded on an anti-virus program at no charge.
