Installation completed onetime. Technicians were very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. Gave clear instructions on how the combi boiler works and what the valves were for. First of all this was the only company to actually answer the phone when I called. My air conditioning went down on a hot-muggy day. I was given an appointment 36 hours later. Jason called me at 8:00 am and said he was on his way and showed up promptly. My ac unit was blowing warm air and I suspected it needed to be charged. He first checked that and then stated to me that he thought it was the capacitor. He opened up the unit and mice had made a nest next the capacitor and chewed the wiring. He replaced it and finished the work in about 20 minutes for less than $100! He was professional, courteous and explained everything. I happily recommend T Gomes Heating & Cooling!
