Description of Work: Very professional. Built a deck. painted complete exterior, 900sq ft Flooring. and more. I ahve recommended him to many of my friends and they to are extremely happy overall.

+ 2 morePlease read above- he pressured me to pay him before I had a chance to look at the work performed. It was early evening and he wanted his money. he began to arugue with me when I told him that I would like to look at everything first, as it was a big job, and would take me some time to inspect it. But after being pressured by him, my little daughter was listening to the whole thing, and she began to get scared and upset, so I paid him, which was a BIG mistake. The next day after work, I started to look at everything, and saw that he did not fix the things that Iasked him to fix, and I was astonished at the lack of quality of his work. It was my fault that I paid him before I inspected, and also then found out that he was not licensed. I am also in the process of reporting him to the state, as I had a very reputable bulider come in and give me an estimate of &5,000.00 to fix everything!
Description of Work: My 2nd floor deck had to be be repaired, due to rotting of wood inside underneath. Ron worked with one other guy, and argued with me about some of the supplies that I thought were important to be used in order for the deck to look the same as it did prior to the job. In the end (I took alot of pictures), the railings were crooked, the paint was chipping in spots, the caulking did not look like it was done professionally, some of the wood was split on the railings where he put nails in the wrong way, my weathervane was reinstalled on a slant, and it goes on and on. I was so upset that I did not want him to ever come back. I now have to have everything redone, and also found out after that Ron is not licensed! DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!
