Never hire this company! I provided a breakdown of the number of rooms, the number of bedroom sets, and other large furniture needing to be moved. Never did this comany ask to make a site visit to see the contents themselves, and provided to paperwork to me about insurance, estimated time/cost until the move was over...2 days later. Not only did they show up to move a 790 square foot house with a tiny truck--needing to make 3 trips overall, but they did not wrap the furniture in blankets, complained constantly about how many boxes I had packed, had people "working" high and unable to function and others as slow as snails needing to sit down every 5 minutes, but wrecked a newly finished floor in my new house with a piano they chose to move on a dolly, broke countless glasses and other dishes clearly marked fragile in boxes with so much packing material it was ridiculous, and strangely several pouches of jewelry were missing once they left. A job that could have taken 5-8 hours lasted 2 full days and I moved more of the boxes and small furniture into the house than them ultimately. They had no idea how to pack a truck, got he back door stuck at one point and spent a good hour attempting to get the door to retract, and stepped all over my furniture and boxes to get the mechanism unstuck. They literaally dropped most of the boxes in one of the first rooms upon arrival, almost never reaching the actual appropriate destination. They left wet drinks on wooden furniture causing all kinds of damage, made scratches on most of the furniture, and lost parts from antique furniture that have had to be rebuilt in order to reassemble. Just a horrible experience with a level of incompetence that I really cannot fully describe!

THESE MOVERS DID A GOOD JOB MOVING ALL OUR THINGS AND EVEN PACKED AND UNPACKED THE DISHES. THEY FOLLOWED MY DIRECTIONS AND DID AS I ASKED. WE THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT WE NEEDED TO BE MOVED.
