Description of Work: RIKB designed, advised, listened and executed our kitchen and first-floor bathroom remodeling project with great skill, patience, and consideration of our needs and tastes. Sabrina our designer was a joy to work with and Tom oversaw the project making sure we were pleased and that deadlines were met despite a storm that resulted in losing power for 3 days making it impossible to work.

Description of Work: Renovated both of our bathrooms. They completed the project on time and did each bathroom sequentially so we always had one bathroom to use. The work was very professionally done with only very minor problems. They showed up every morning on time and cleaned up before they left. Additionally, the design work prior to the actual construction was excellent. The result was that we have two bathrooms that are much more functional and much nicer to look at than before.

Description of Work: After everything is said and done I did not use this company simply because of cost. I like the company and the people and the designer. I wanted to redo my little 12 by 18 kitchen and initially I was given a price of approximately 30 to $35,000, after meeting the design person with a final blue print I was given a cost of 75,000 which was just insane. The project only consisted of a new floor, new counters, new cabinets and back splash. The cost estimate involved no construction such as removing walls and this estimate did not include any appliances.

Description of Work: RIKB Has completed three projects (2 bathrooms and our kitchen) over the past 17 years finishing the second bathroom this week. Simply put, RIKBis the most professional home renovation company with whom we have ever worked. Work is completed on time in accordance with the daily calendar provided by them before the project begins. They will not start work until all the requisite materials are available on site, and they will not seek final payment until the homeowner is fully satisfied. Every job is assigned to a project manager who will be insure every day. All of their subcontractors are full time employees and therefore come to work on time every day and do not miss time to complete other jobs or meet with other clients. They are impeccably neat and clean. With RIKB there are no surprises, no delays, and no cost overruns. Our projects have been competed on time and on budget. Their materials and workmanship are guaranteed for five years and when our shower doors failed, they replaced them immediately. Mr. St. Onge treats his clients the way I expect to be treated by any professional. He is personally committed to satisfying his clients. I recognize that we could've had our work done more cheaply. However, knowing that the work will be completed on time, on budget, without interruption, and exactly to my specifications, is worth every penny.

Description of Work: The existing kitchen was completely gutted. The work also included a 12X8 expansion to the house to enlarge the kitchen area. A sliding glass door was added, a window closed and a new one installed. All new walls, ceiling, flooring and cabinets were installed.
